It is narrated by Hadrat Ibn `Abbas that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) delivered a sermon and said, "You (people) will be gathered before Allah (on the Day of Resurrection) bare-footed, naked and uncircumcised." (The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) then recited):-- 'As We began the first creation We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise We have undertaken and truly We shall do it.' and added, "The first man who will be dressed on the Day of Resurrection, will be Abraham (upon him be peace). Lo! Some men from my followers will be brought and taken towards the left side, whereupon I will say, 'O Lord, (these are) my companions!' It will be said, 'You do not know what new things they introduced (into the religion) after you.' I will then say as the righteous pious slave, Jesus (upon him be peace), said, 'I was a witness over them while I dwelt among them...(to His Statement)..and You are the Witness to all things.' (5.117) Then it will be said, '(O Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) These people never stopped to apostate since you left them
الترجمة الأردية
ہم سے سلیمان بن حرب نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے مغیرہ بن نعمان نے جو قبیلہ نخعی کا ایک بوڑھا تھا، ان سے سعید بن جبیر نے بیان کیا اور ان سے حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ایک دن خطبہ سنایا۔ فرمایا تم قیامت کے دن اللہ کے سامنے ننگے پاؤں ننگے بدن بےختنہ حشر کئے جاؤ گے جیسا کہ ارشاد باری ہے «كما بدأنا أول خلق نعيده وعدا علينا إنا كنا فاعلين» پھر سب سے پہلے قیامت کے دن ابراہیم علیہ السلام کو کپڑے پہنائے جائیں گے۔ سن لو! میری امت کے کچھ لوگ لائے جائیں گے فرشتے ان کو پکڑ کر بائیں طرف والے دوزخیوں میں لے جائیں گے۔ میں عرض کروں گا پروردگار! یہ تو میرے ساتھ والے ہیں۔ ارشاد ہو گا تم نہیں جانتے انہوں نے تمہاری وفات کے بعد کیا کیا کرتوت کئے ہیں۔ اس وقت میں وہی کہوں گا جو اللہ کے نیک بندے عیسیٰ علیہ السلام نے کہا کہ میں جب تک ان لوگوں میں رہا ان کا حال دیکھتا رہا آخر آیت تک۔ ارشاد ہو گا یہ لوگ اپنی ایڑیوں کے بل اسلام سے پھر گئے جب تو ان سے جدا ہوا۔
