حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنِي الأَعْمَشُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي خَيْثَمَةُ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلاَّ وَسَيُكَلِّمُهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، لَيْسَ بَيْنَ اللَّهِ وَبَيْنَهُ تُرْجُمَانٌ، ثُمَّ يَنْظُرُ فَلاَ يَرَى شَيْئًا قُدَّامَهُ، ثُمَّ يَنْظُرُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ فَتَسْتَقْبِلُهُ النَّارُ، فَمَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَتَّقِيَ النَّارَ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ ".
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Umar ibn Hafs narrated to us, my father narrated to us, he said: al-A'mash narrated to me, he said: Khaythamah narrated to me, from Hadrat 'Adi ibn Hatim (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "There is not one among you but Allah will speak to him on the Day of Resurrection — there will be no interpreter between Allah and him. Then he will look and see nothing before him, then he will look in front of him and the Fire will confront him. So whoever among you can protect himself from the Fire, even with half a date (in charity, let him do so)."
اردو ترجمہ
ہم سے عمر بن حفص نے بیان کیا، ہم سے میرے والد نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے اعمش نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے خیثمہ نے بیان کیا، حضرت عدی بن حاتم رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے، فرمایا: نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "تم میں سے ہر ایک سے اللہ قیامت کے دن کلام فرمائے گا، اللہ اور اس کے درمیان کوئی ترجمان نہ ہو گا۔ پھر وہ نظر اٹھائے گا تو اپنے سامنے کچھ نہ دیکھے گا، پھر اپنے آگے دیکھے گا تو دوزخ اس کے سامنے ہو گی۔ تو تم میں سے جو آگ سے بچ سکے خواہ کھجور کے ایک ٹکڑے ہی سے (بچ لے)۔"
