'Ata'

حَدَّثَنَاسُفْيَانُ، عَنِابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْعَطَاءٍ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ:" لا يَأَخُذُ مِنَ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا أَعْطَاهَا".

أنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ،" أَنَّهُ كَانَيَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْهَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا أَعْطَاهَا".

'Ata used to dislike taking from her more than what he had given her in khul'.

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ:" لَهَا بَقِيَّةُ الصَّدَاقِ وَتُكْمِلُ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ عِدَّتِهَا".

'Ata' said: "If a man says 'all lawful things are forbidden to me,' it is an oath that requires expiation."

نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ:" إِنْ كَانَ طَلَّقَهَا ثَلاثًا فَلْيَنْكِحْ".
