Narrated Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abi Talhah, on the authority of Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him): His (Anas's) grandmother, whose name was Mulaikah, invited the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) to a meal she had prepared. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ate and said, "Stand up so that I may pray (for your welfare and blessing)." Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I got up (and brought) a reed mat that had turned black from much use, and I sprinkled water on it, and the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) stood on it. I and an orphan formed a row behind him (peace be upon him), and the old woman stood behind us. Then he (peace be upon him) led us in two rak'ahs and gave the salam."
اردو ترجمہ
اسحاق بن عبداللہ بن ابوطلحہ سیدنا انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہان (سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ) کی دادی نے جن کا نام ملیکہ تھا، رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو ایک کھانے کے لئے بلایا جو انہوں نے پکایا تھا۔ پھر رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے کھایا اور فرمایا: کھڑے ہو جاؤ کہ میں (تمہاری خیر و برکت کے لئے) نماز پڑھوں سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ میں ایک (چٹائی) بوریا لے کر کھڑا ہوا جو بہت بچھانے سے سیاہ ہو گیا تھا (یعنی مستعمل تھا)، اس پر میں نے پانی چھڑکا اور رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماس پر کھڑے ہوئے اور میں نے اور ایک یتیم نے آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پیچھے صف باندھی اور بوڑھی بھی ہمارے پیچھے کھڑی ہوئیں، پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے دو رکعت نماز پڑھائی اور سلام پھیرا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 233]
