حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ شَرِيكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَمِرٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَلَكَتِ الْمَوَاشِي، وَتَقَطَّعَتِ السُّبُلُ، فَادْعُ اللَّهَ. فَدَعَا اللَّهَ، فَمُطِرْنَا مِنَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ، فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، تَهَدَّمَتِ الْبُيُوتُ وَتَقَطَّعَتِ السُّبُلُ وَهَلَكَتِ الْمَوَاشِي. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اللَّهُمَّ عَلَى ظُهُورِ الْجِبَالِ وَالآكَامِ وَبُطُونِ الأَوْدِيَةِ وَمَنَابِتِ الشَّجَرِ ". فَانْجَابَتْ عَنِ الْمَدِينَةِ انْجِيَابَ الثَّوْبِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Hadrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be well pleased with him) that a man came to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and submitted: 'O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)! The livestock are perishing and the roads are cut off; please pray to Allah.' So the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) prayed and it rained from that Friday to the next. Then a man came to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and submitted: 'O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)! Houses have collapsed, roads are cut off and the livestock are being destroyed.' The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) prayed: 'O Allah! Upon the backs of the mountains, the hillocks, the depths of the valleys and the places where trees grow.' The clouds then cleared from Madinah as a garment is removed.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی بارگاہ میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! جانور ہلاک ہو رہے ہیں اور راستے بند ہو گئے ہیں، اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا فرمائیں۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے دعا فرمائی تو ایک جمعہ سے دوسرے جمعہ تک بارش ہوتی رہی۔ پھر ایک شخص حاضر ہوا اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! مکانات گر گئے، راستے بند ہو گئے اور مویشی ہلاک ہو رہے ہیں۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے دعا فرمائی: اے اللہ! پہاڑوں کی پشتوں، ٹیلوں، وادیوں کی تہوں اور درختوں کی جگہوں پر برسا۔ چنانچہ بادل مدینہ سے اس طرح چھٹ گئے جیسے کپڑا اتارا جاتا ہے۔
