حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ عَنْ رَبِيعِ بْنِ عَمِيلَةَ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تُسَمِّ غُلَامَكَ أَفْلَحَ وَلَا نَجِيحًا وَلَا يَسَارًا وَلَا رَبَاحًا فَإِنَّكَ إِذَا قُلْتَ أَثَمَّ هُوَ أَوْ أَثَمَّ فُلَانٌ قَالُوا لَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'ba narrated to us, from Mansur, from Hilal ibn Yasaf, from Rabi' ibn Amila, from Samura ibn Jundab, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not name your boy Aflah, Najih, Yasar, or Rabah, for when you say, 'Is he there?' or 'Is so-and-so there?' and they say, 'No' ..."
