Sufyan told us, from Amr, from Ata', from Safwan ibn Ya'la, from his father, who said: A man asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was smeared with khaluq perfume and wearing garments cut and sewn, and he said, "I have entered ihram for umrah." He said, "Take these off, wash yourself, and do in your umrah what you would do in your Hajj."
