حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْإِفْرِيقِيِّ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الصُّدَائِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَذِّنْ يَا أَخَا صُدَاءٍ قَالَ فَأَذَّنْتُ وَذَلِكَ حِينَ أَضَاءَ الْفَجْرُ قَالَ فَلَمَّا تَوَضَّأَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَأَرَادَ بِلَالٌ أَنْ يُقِيمَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقِيمُ أَخُو صُدَاءٍ فَإِنَّ مَنْ أَذَّنَ فَهُوَ يُقِيمُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Yazid al-Wasiti narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Ziyad al-Ifriqi, from Ziyad ibn Nu'aym al-Hadrami, from Ziyad ibn al-Harith al-Sudai, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Give the call to prayer, O brother of Suda'. He said: So I gave the call to prayer, and that was when the dawn had become bright. Then when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, performed ablution, he stood up for the prayer, and Bilal wanted to give the iqamah, but the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Let the brother of Suda' give the iqamah, for whoever gives the call to prayer, he gives the iqamah.
