حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ سَنَةَ ثَمَانِينَ وَمِائَةٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا حِمَى إِلَّا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ.

'Amir ibn Salih al-Zubayri narrated to us in the year one hundred eighty, he said: Yunus ibn Yazid narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, from 'Ubaydullah ibn 'Abdullah ibn 'Utbah, from Ibn 'Abbas, from al-Sa'b ibn Jaththamah: I heard the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "There is no hima except for God and His Messenger."
