حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى وَقُتَيْبَةُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَيَسِيرَنَّ رَاكِبٌ فِي جِهَةِ الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ فِي جَانِبِ الْمَدِينَةِ فَيَقُولَنَّ لَقَدْ كَانَ فِي هَذِهِ مَرَّةً حَاضِرٌ مِنْ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كَثِيرٌ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Musa and Qutaybah told us, they said: Ibn Lahi'ah told us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "A rider will surely travel in the direction of Medina" - Qutaybah said: "in the side of Medina" - "and will say, 'There was once here a great gathering of believers.'"
