Arabic (Original)
وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ وَضَّأَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَتَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ فَقَالَ " إِنِّي أَدْخَلْتُهُمَا طَاهِرَتَيْنِ " .
English Translation
Hadrat Mughira (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported from his father: He (Mughira, may Allah be well pleased with him) helped the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) in performing the ablution, and he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) performed it and wiped over his shoes. He (Mughira) said to him (about the washing of the feet after putting them off), but he (the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'I put them (feet) in when these were clean.'
Urdu Translation
عامر شعبی رحمۃ اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ کے ایک دوسرے شاگرد عمر بن ابی زائدہ نے عروہ بن مغیرہ کے حوالے سے ان کے والد حضرت مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو وضو کرایا، آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے وضو فرمایا اور اپنے موزوں پر مسح فرمایا۔ حضرت مغیرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے (اس بارے میں) بات کی تو آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: ''میں نے انہیں باوضو حالت میں (موزوں میں) داخل کیا تھا۔''
