English Translation
Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) gave permission to the household of an Ansari man to perform ruqyah for scorpion stings and the like, and for ear pain. And I had myself cauterized for pain in the side during his (the Prophet's) lifetime, and Abu Talhah, Anas ibn al-Nadr, and Zayd ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with them) were present, and Abu Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) performed the cauterization.
Urdu Translation
سیدنا انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ایک انصاری کے گھر والوں کو یہ اجازت دے دی تھی کہ بچھو وغیرہ کے ڈنک مارنے اور کان کے درد کے لیے دم وغیرہ کر لیا کریں اور میں نے پسلی کے درد کی وجہ سے آپ کی زندگی میں داغ دلوایا اور ابوطلحہ اور انس بن نضر اور زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ موجود تھے اور ابوطلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے داغ دیا تھا۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1971]
