وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ الْمُطَّوِّعِيُّ ثنا أَبُو شِهَابٍ مَعْمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ الْعَوْفِيُّ ثنا عِصَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا الْمُبَارَكُ بْنُ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ أَشْعَرَ أَوْ لَمْ يُشْعِرْ
English Translation
And Abu al-Hasan Muhammad ibn al-Husayn ibn Dawud al-Alawi (may Allah have mercy on him) informed us, Muhammad ibn Hamdawayh ibn Sahl al-Marwazi al-Mutawwi'i informed us, Abu Shihab Ma'mar ibn Muhammad ibn Ma'mar al-Awfi narrated to us, Isam ibn Yusuf narrated to us, al-Mubarak ibn Mujahid narrated to us from Ubaydullah ibn Umar, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the fetus: 'Its slaughter is the slaughter of its mother, whether its hair has grown or not.'"
