أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ أَوْ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ أَنَّ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا نُحِرَتِ النَّاقَةُ فَذَكَاةُ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا فِي ذَكَاتِهَا إِذَا كَانَ قَدْ تَمَّ خَلْقُهُ وَنَبَتَ شَعْرُهُ وَإِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ بَطْنِهَا حَيًّا ذُبِحَ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ الدَّمُ مِنْ جَوْفِهِ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ بِذَكَاتِهَا وَالْبَاقِي سَوَاءٌ هَذَا هُوَ الصَّحِيحُ مَوْقُوفٌ
English Translation
Abu Ahmad Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Mihrajani informed us, Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ja'far al-Muzakki informed us, Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Abdi narrated to us, Ibn Bukayr narrated to us, Malik narrated to us from Nafi', from Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), who used to say. And Abu Bakr ibn al-Hasan and Abu Zakariyya ibn Abi Ishaq informed us, they said: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub informed us, Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abd al-Hakam informed us, Ibn Wahb informed us, Abdullah ibn Umar and Malik ibn Anas or others narrated to me that Nafi' narrated to them that Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say: "When a she-camel is slaughtered, the slaughter of what is in its belly is included in its slaughter if its form is complete and its hair has grown. And if it comes out alive, it should be slaughtered so that the blood comes out from its body." This is the wording of the hadith of Ibn Bukayr. In the narration of Ibn Wahb: "by its slaughter," and the rest is the same. This is the authentic version, as a mawquf report.
