English Translation
Sakan ibn Nafi' al-Bahili, Abu al-Hasan, told us, Salih ibn Abi al-Akhdar told us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim ibn Abd Allah, from his father, who said: "I was a young unmarried man, and I used to spend the night in the mosque during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The dogs used to come and go in the mosque, and they never sprinkled anything because of that."
