Sayyiduna Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Allah will fold up the heavens on the Day of Resurrection and take them in His right hand, then say, 'I am the King. Where are the mighty ones? Where are the arrogant ones?' Then He will fold up the earth in His left hand (which is like the right hand—this is why another hadith states that both of Allah's hands are right hands), then say, 'I am the King. Where are the mighty ones? Where are those who showed arrogance?'"
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ قیامت کے دن آسمانوں کو لپیٹ لے گا اور ان کو داہنے ہاتھ میں لے لے گا پھر فرمائے گا کہ میں بادشاہ ہوں، کہاں ہیں زور والے؟ کہاں ہیں غرور والے؟ پھر بائیں ہاتھ سے زمین کو لپیٹ لے گا (جو داہنے ہاتھ کے مثل ہے اور اسی واسطے دوسری حدیث میں ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے دونوں ہاتھ داہنے ہیں)، پھر فرمائے گا کہ میں بادشاہ ہوں، کہاں ہیں زور والے؟ کہاں ہیں بڑائی کرنے والے؟[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1946]
