Hadrat 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The Dajjal shall emerge and shall remain among my Ummah as long as Allah wills — he shall remain forty" — and I do not know whether it means nights, months, or years. He stated: "Then Allah shall send 'Isa ibn Maryam (upon him be peace and blessings), resembling 'Urwah ibn Mas'ud al-Thaqafi. He shall seek him until he destroys him. Then the people shall remain for seven years with no enmity between any two of them. Then Allah shall send a cold wind from the direction of Sham that shall not leave anyone with an atom's weight of faith in his heart without taking his soul — even if one of you were in the interior of a mountain, it would enter upon him." I heard this from the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). He stated: "Then the worst of people shall remain — those who do not recognize good nor denounce evil — as light as birds and as savage as beasts. The devil shall come to them and say: 'Will you not respond?' They shall say: 'What do you command us?' He shall command them to worship idols, and they shall worship them while their provision flows and their life is pleasant. Then the Trumpet shall be blown, and none shall hear it without inclining his head. The first to hear it shall be a man plastering his camel's basin. He shall be struck down, then the people shall be struck down. Then Allah shall send rain like dew, and their bodies shall grow. Then it shall be blown again, and they shall stand looking. It shall be said: 'Come to your Lord!' And: 'Stop them, for they shall be questioned.' Then it shall be said: 'Bring forth the contingent of the Fire.' It shall be asked: 'How many?' And it shall be said: 'From every thousand, nine hundred and ninety-nine.'"
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «دجال نکلے گا اور میری امت میں جب تک اللہ چاہے رہے گا — چالیس ٹھہرے گا» — مجھے نہیں معلوم رات، مہینے یا سال۔ فرمایا: «پھر اللہ عیسیٰ بن مریم علیہ الصلاۃ والسلام کو بھیجے گا جو عروہ بن مسعود ثقفی سے مشابہ ہوں گے۔ وہ اسے تلاش کریں گے اور ہلاک کریں گے۔ پھر لوگ سات سال رہیں گے کسی دو کے درمیان دشمنی نہ ہوگی۔ پھر اللہ شام کی طرف سے ٹھنڈی ہوا بھیجے گا جو ایمان کا ذرہ بھر بھی رکھنے والے کسی شخص کو نہ چھوڑے گی مگر اس کی روح قبض کر لے گی — اگرچہ تم میں سے کوئی پہاڑ کے اندر ہو تو بھی اس پر آ جائے گی۔» میں نے یہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے سنا۔ فرمایا: «پھر بدترین لوگ رہ جائیں گے جو نہ نیکی پہچانیں گے نہ برائی — پرندوں جیسے ہلکے اور درندوں جیسے وحشی۔ شیطان ان کے پاس آئے گا اور کہے گا: کیا تم قبول نہیں کرتے؟ وہ کہیں گے: تو ہمیں کیا حکم دیتا ہے؟ وہ انہیں بتوں کی عبادت کا حکم دے گا اور وہ عبادت کریں گے جبکہ ان کا رزق جاری اور زندگی اچھی ہوگی۔ پھر صور پھونکا جائے گا، کوئی نہ سنے گا مگر کان لگائے گا۔ سب سے پہلے سننے والا ایک آدمی ہوگا جو اپنے اونٹوں کا حوض لیپ رہا ہوگا۔ وہ بے ہوش ہو جائے گا پھر لوگ بے ہوش ہوں گے۔ پھر اللہ بوندا باندی جیسی بارش بھیجے گا اور ان کے جسم اُگ آئیں گے۔ پھر دوبارہ پھونکا جائے گا اور وہ کھڑے دیکھ رہے ہوں گے۔ کہا جائے گا: اپنے رب کے پاس آؤ! اور: انہیں روکو، ان سے سوال ہوگا۔ پھر کہا جائے گا: جہنم کا دستہ نکالو۔ پوچھا جائے گا: کتنے؟ کہا جائے گا: ہر ہزار میں سے نو سو ننانوے۔»
