حَدَّثنا محمد بن عبد الرحيم حَدَّثنا عبد الصمد بن النعمان حَدَّثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ عَنْ حُمَيد عَن أَنَسٍ قَالَ جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةُ ثَابِتِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ وهُو ثَابِتُ بْنُ قَيْسِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ كَلامًا كَأَنَّهَا كَرِهَتْهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ فَقَالَتْ نَعَمْ فَأَرْسَلَ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى ثَابِتٍ خُذْ مِنْهَا ذَلِكَ أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ وَطَلِّقْهَاوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ حُمَيد عَن أَنَس إلاَّ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ وَقَدْ خَالَفَهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ فَقَالَ عَنْ حُمَيد عَن أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ مُرْسَلا بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ كَلامًا كَأَنَّهَا كَرِهَتْهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ فَقَالَتْ نَعَمْ فَأَرْسَلَ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى ثَابِتٍ خُذْ مِنْهَا ذَلِكَ أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ وَطَلِّقْهَاوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ حُمَيد عَن أَنَس إلاَّ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ وَقَدْ خَالَفَهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ فَقَالَ عَنْ حُمَيد عَن أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ مُرْسَلا

Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahim narrated to us, Abd al-Samad ibn al-Nu'man narrated to us, Abu Ja'far ar-Razi narrated to us, from Humayd, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The wife of Thabit ibn Shammas — and he is Thabit ibn Qays ibn Shammas — came to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and said words as if she disliked him. The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: «Will you return his garden to him?» She said: "Yes." So the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) sent word to Thabit: «Take that from her," I think he said, «and divorce her.» This hadith is not known to have been narrated from Humayd from Anas except by Abu Ja'far ar-Razi. Hammad ibn Salamah differed with him and said: from Humayd from Abu al-Khalil, as a mursal narration.
