حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا أَنْبَأَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ صَلَّى بِأَصْحَابِهِ فِي بَيْتِهِ فَقُلْنَا لَهُ صَلِّ بِنَا كَمَا رَأَيْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي قَالَ فَصَلَّى بِنَا فِي مِلْحَفَةٍ فَشَدَّهَا تَحْتَ الثَّنْدُوَتَيْنِ وَقَالَ هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Zakariyya told us, Ubaydullah informed us, from Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil, from Jabir, who said: He led his companions in prayer in his house. We said to him: "Lead us in prayer as you saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, pray." So he led us in prayer wearing a wrapper, which he tied beneath his chest, and said: "This is how I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, pray."
