Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9809 حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجُعْفِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ثنا بَيَانٌ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّ الْأَعْمَالِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ «الصَّلَاةُ لِوَقْتِهَا» قِيلَ ثُمَّ أَيٌّ؟ قَالَ «بِرُّ الْوَالِدَيْنِ» قِيلَ ثُمَّ أَيٌّ؟ قَالَ «الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu al-Zinba' Rawh ibn al-Faraj al-Misri narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sulayman al-Ju'fi, from Muhammad ibn Fudayl, from Bayan, from Abu Amr al-Shaybani, from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was asked: 'Which deeds are best?' He said: 'Prayer at its time.' It was said: 'Then which?' He said: 'Dutifulness to parents.' It was said: 'Then which?' He said: 'Jihad in the cause of Allah.'
