851 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّحَّاسُ الْمُعَدِّلُ، أبنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أُسَامَةَ الْكَلْبِيُّ، ثنا حَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا رُقْيَةَ إِلَّا مِنْ عَيْنٍ أَوْ حُمَةٍ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The supplicant will be answered as long as he does not ask for sin or for severing ties of kinship, and as long as he is not hasty." They said: O Messenger of Allah, what does being hasty mean? He said: "He says: I supplicated and supplicated but I see no response, then he becomes frustrated and abandons supplication."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”دم صرف نظر یا ڈنگ کی وجہ سے ہے۔“[مسند الشهاب/حدیث: 851]
