وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "الشهداء خمسة: المطعون والمبطون، والغريق، وصاحب الهدم والشهيد في سبيل الله" ((متفق عليه))
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "The martyrs are of five kinds: One who dies of plague; one who dies of disease of his belly; the drowned; one who dies under the debris (of construction, etc.), and one who dies while fighting in the way of Allah." .
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: شہداء پانچ قسم کے ہیں: طاعون سے مرنے والا، پیٹ کی بیماری سے مرنے والا، ڈوب کر مرنے والا، دب کر مرنے والا اور اللہ کی راہ میں شہید ہونے والا۔ (متفق علیہ)
