انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Do not envy one another, do not inflate prices against one another (in bidding), do not hate one another, do not turn away from one another, and none of you should undersell over the sale of another. And be brothers, O servants of Allah. A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim; he does not wrong him, nor humiliate him, nor look down upon him. Piety (taqwa) and God-consciousness are here" — and the Prophet (peace be upon him) pointed to his chest three times (that is, a man does not become pious merely by performing outwardly excellent deeds unless his chest is pure) — "and it is enough evil for a man that he should look down upon his Muslim brother. All of a Muslim's things are forbidden to another Muslim: his blood, his wealth, and his honor."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: حسد مت کرو، بولی بڑھانے کے لئے قیمت مت لگاؤ۔ ایک دوسرے سے دشمنی مت کرو، تم میں سے کوئی دوسرے کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے اور اللہ کے بندے بھائی بھائی ہو جاؤ۔ مسلمان مسلمان کا بھائی ہے پس نہ اس پر ظلم کرے، نہ اس کو ذلیل کرے اور نہ اس کو حقیر جانے۔ تقویٰ اور پرہیزگاری یہاں ہے اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے اپنے سینے کی طرف تین بار اشارہ کیا (یعنی ظاہر میں عمدہ اعمال کرنے سے آدمی متقی نہیں ہوتا جب تک اس کا سینہ صاف نہ ہو) اور آدمی کو یہ برائی کافی ہے کہ وہ اپنے مسلمان بھائی کو حقیر سمجھے۔ مسلمان کی سب چیزیں دوسرے مسلمان پر حرام ہیں اس کا خون، مال، عزت و آبرو۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1775]
