It is narrated from Uqbah ibn Amir (may Allah be pleased with him): One day the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) went out and prayed the funeral prayer over the martyrs of Uhud, then came to the pulpit and said, "I will be your forerunner and a witness, and by Allah, I am seeing my Pond at this very moment. And I have been given the keys of the treasures of the earth, or the keys of the earth. And by Allah, I do not fear that you will become polytheists after me; rather I fear that you will fall into the greed of the world and begin to envy one another."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمایک دن نکلے اور شہداء احد پر نماز جنازہ پڑھی، پھر منبر کی طرف آئے اور فرمایا کہ میں تمہارا پیش خیمہ ہوں گا اور گواہ ہوں گا اور اللہ کی قسم میں اس وقت حوض کوثر کو دیکھ رہا ہوں۔ اور مجھے زمین کے خزانوں کی چابیاں ملیں یا زمین کی چابیاں اور اللہ کی قسم مجھے یہ ڈر نہیں کہ تم میرے بعد مشرک ہو جاؤ گے بلکہ یہ ڈر ہے کہ تم دنیا کے لالچ میں آ کر ایک دوسرے سے حسد کرنے لگو۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1555]
