وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ الْحَامِلِ، إِذَا خَافَتْ عَلَى وَلَدِهَا وَاشْتَدَّ عَلَيْهَا الصِّيَامُ قَالَ تُفْطِرُ وَتُطْعِمُ مَكَانَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا مُدًّا مِنْ حِنْطَةٍ بِمُدِّ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَأَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ يَرَوْنَ عَلَيْهَا الْقَضَاءَ كَمَا قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ} وَيَرَوْنَ ذَلِكَ مَرَضًا مِنَ الأَمْرَاضِ مَعَ الْخَوْفِ عَلَى وَلَدِهَا .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya (upon him be peace) related to me from Malik that he had heard that Abdullah ibn Umar was asked about what a pregnant woman should do if the fast became difficult for her and she feared for her child, and he said, "She should break the fast and feed a poor man one mudd of wheat in place of every day, using the mudd of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ." Malik said, "The people of knowledge consider that she has to make up for each day of the fast that she misses as Allah, the Exalted and Glorified, says, 'And whoever of you is sick or on a journey should fast an equal number of other days, ' and they consider her pregnancy and her concern for her child as a sickness."
اردو ترجمہ
امام مالک کو پہنچا حضرت انس بن مالک بوڑھے ہو گئے تھے یہاں تک کہ روزہ نہ رکھ سکتے تھے تو فدیہ دیتے تھے ۔ امام مالک کو پہنچا کہ حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر سے سوال ہوا کہ حاملہ عورت اگر خوف کرے اپنے حمل کا اور روزہ نہ رکھ سکے تو کہا انہوں نے روزہ نہ رکھے اور ہر روزے کے بدلے میں ایک مسکین کو ایک مد گیہوں دے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے مد سے ۔
