Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade going to meet riders (before they reach the market) and said: "Whoever is met and something is purchased from him, then when the seller comes to the market, he has the option (to cancel the sale)."
