1243 صحيح حديث أَبِي مُوسى رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: الرَّجُلُ يُقَاتِلُ لِلْمَغْنَمِ، وَالرَّجُلُ يُقَاتِلُ لِلذِّكْرِ، وَالرَّجُلُ يُقَاتِلُ لِيُرَى مَكَانُهُ، فَمَنْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ قَالَ: مَنْ قَاتَلَ لِتَكُونَ كَلِمَةُ اللهِ هِيَ الْعُلْيَا فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Sahl ibn Sa'd al-Sa'idi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said on the day of Khaybar: "Tomorrow I will give the banner to a man at whose hands Allah will grant victory. He loves Allah and His Messenger, and Allah and His Messenger love him." The people spent the night wondering who it would be given to. In the morning, they came to the Messenger of Allah, each hoping to receive it. He asked: "Where is Ali ibn Abi Talib?" They said: "He is suffering from an eye ailment." He was sent for and brought. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) spat in his eyes and supplicated for him, and he was cured as if he had never been ill. He gave him the banner and said: "Advance steadily until you reach their territory, then invite them to Islam and inform them of their duties to Allah. By Allah, if Allah guides a single person through you, it is better for you than possessing red camels."
اردو ترجمہ
ابو موسیٰ اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ ایک صحابی (لاحق بن ضمیرہ) نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور عرض کیا کہ ایک شخص جنگ میں شرکت کرتا ہے غنیمت حاصل کرنے کے لیے، ایک شخص جنگ میں شرکت کرتا ہے ناموری کے لیے، ایک شخص جنگ میں شرکت کرتا ہے تاکہ اس کی بہادری کی دھاک بیٹھ جائے تو ان میں سے اللہ کے راستے میں کون لڑتا ہے؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جو شخص اس ارادہ سے جنگ میں شریک ہوا کہ اللہ ہی کا کلمہ بلند رہے، صرف وہی اللہ کے راستے میں لڑتا ہے۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب الإمارة/حدیث: 1243]
