انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade us: "That we eat or drink from gold and silver vessels, and that we wear silk cloth—harir and dibaj and the like—and sit upon them (and make them our bedding)."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ہمیں منع فرمایا:”سونے چاندی کی برتنوں میں ہم کھائیں پئیں، ریشمی کپڑا حریر اور دیباج وغیرہ پہنیں اور ان پر بیٹھیں (اور ان کو بستر بنائیں)“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1990]
