انگریزی ترجمہ
Umm Sharik (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ordered the killing of geckos. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "It (the gecko) used to blow on the fire (to increase it) against Ibrahim (peace be upon him), while the other creatures were trying to extinguish it."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدہ ام شریک رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے گرگٹ کے مارنے کا حکم دیا یہ حدیث پہلے گزر چکی ہے لیکن یہاں اتنا فاصلہ ہے۔ کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”یہ ابراہیم علیہ السلام پر آگ پھونکتا تھا (باقی جانور بجھا رہے تھے)۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1416]
