حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلاَلٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو طَوَالَةَ ـ اسْمُهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ـ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ أَتَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي دَارِنَا هَذِهِ، فَاسْتَسْقَى، فَحَلَبْنَا لَهُ شَاةً لَنَا، ثُمَّ شُبْتُهُ مِنْ مَاءِ بِئْرِنَا هَذِهِ، فَأَعْطَيْتُهُ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ، وَعُمَرُ تُجَاهَهُ وَأَعْرَابِيٌّ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ قَالَ عُمَرُ هَذَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ. فَأَعْطَى الأَعْرَابِيَّ، ثُمَّ قَالَ " الأَيْمَنُونَ، الأَيْمَنُونَ، أَلاَ فَيَمِّنُوا ". قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَهْىَ سُنَّةٌ فَهْىَ سُنَّةٌ. ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated to us by Khalid bin Makhlad, narrated to us by Sulayman bin Bilal, he said Abu Tawalah narrated to me, whose name is Abdullah bin Abdur-Rahman, he said I heard Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) saying, 'The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) graced us with his visit to this very house of ours and asked for a drink. We milked a goat of ours for him, then I mixed it with water from this well of ours and presented it to him. Hadrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be well pleased with him) was to his left, and Hadrat Umar al-Faruq (may Allah be well pleased with him) was facing him, and a Bedouin was to his right. When he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) had finished, Hadrat Umar (may Allah be well pleased with him) submitted, "(O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)!) Here is Hadrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be well pleased with him) (i.e., give it to him)." But he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) gave it to the Bedouin, then declared, "Those on the right (have the first right), those on the right! Indeed, pass it to the right." Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) stated, "This is a Sunnah, this is a Sunnah" — three times.'
اردو ترجمہ
ہم سے خالد بن مخلد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سلیمان بن حضرت بلال نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے ابو طوالہ نے بیان کیا جن کا نام عبداللہ بن عبدالرحمٰن ہے، فرمایا کہ میں نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ہمارے اسی گھر میں تشریف لائے اور پینے کے لیے کچھ طلب فرمایا۔ ہم نے اپنی ایک بکری کا دودھ دوہا، پھر میں نے اسی کنویں کے پانی سے ملایا اور آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں پیش کیا۔ حضرت ابوبکر صدیق رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ آپ کے بائیں طرف تھے اور حضرت عمر فاروق رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سامنے تھے اور ایک اعرابی دائیں طرف تھے۔ جب آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم فارغ ہوئے تو حضرت عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے عرض کیا: (یا رسول اللہ!) یہ حضرت ابوبکر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ ہیں (یعنی ان کو دیجیے)۔ لیکن آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اعرابی کو دیا، پھر ارشاد فرمایا: دائیں طرف والے (پہلے حق دار ہیں)، دائیں طرف والے! خبردار! دائیں طرف سے دیا کرو۔ حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے فرمایا: یہ سنت ہے، یہ سنت ہے۔ تین مرتبہ فرمایا۔
