حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ قَالَ نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ نَا دَهْثَمُ بْنُ قُرَّانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نِمْرَانُ بْنُ جَارِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا ضَرَبَ رَجُلًا بِسَيْفٍ عَلَى سَاعِدِهِ فَقَطَعَهَا فَاسْتَعْدَ عَلَيْهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَ لَهُ بِهِ بِ الدِّيَةِ فَقَالَ أُرِيدُ الْقِصَاصَ قَالَ خُذِ الدِّيَةَ بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ فِيهَا فَلَمْ يَقْضِ لَهُ بِالْقِصَاصِ بِسَيْفٍ عَلَى سَاعِدِهِ فَقَطَعَهَا فَاسْتَعْدَ عَلَيْهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَ لَهُ بِهِ بِ الدِّيَةِ فَقَالَ أُرِيدُ الْقِصَاصَ قَالَ خُذِ الدِّيَةَ بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ فِيهَا فَلَمْ يَقْضِ لَهُ بِالْقِصَاصِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Abd al-Wahid narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Dahtham ibn Qurran narrated to us, he said: Nimran ibn Jariyah narrated to me, from his father, that a man struck another man with a sword on his forearm and cut it off. The injured man sought justice from the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, who ordered blood money for him. He said: "I want retaliation." He said: "Take the blood money, may Allah bless you in it." And he did not rule in his favor for retaliation.
