حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ قَالَ نَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ قَالَ نَا دَهْثَمُ بْنُ قُرَّانَ قَالَ نَا نِمْرَانُ بْنُ جَارِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ قَوْمًا اخْتَصَمُوا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي خُصٍّ فَبَعَثَ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنَ الْيَمَانِ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمْ فَقَضَى بِهِ لِلَّذِي يَلِيهِ الْقِمْطُ فَلَمَّا رَجَعَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ أَصَبْتَ وَأَحْسَنْتَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي خُصٍّ فَبَعَثَ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنَ الْيَمَانِ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمْ فَقَضَى بِهِ لِلَّذِي يَلِيهِ الْقِمْطُ فَلَمَّا رَجَعَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ أَصَبْتَ وَأَحْسَنْتَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, he said: Dahtham ibn Qurran narrated to us, he said: Nimran ibn Jariyah narrated to us, from his father, that a group of people brought a dispute to the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, regarding a reed hut. He sent Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman to judge between them. He judged it in favor of the one on whose side the ties of the hut were facing. When he returned to the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, and informed him, he said: "You have judged correctly and done well."
