أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الَحَافِظُ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ قَالَ قُرِئَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ الْوَاسِطِيِّ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنبأ بَهْزُ بْنُ حَكِيمِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي كُلِّ إِبِلٍ سَائِمَةٍ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ ابْنَةُ لَبُونٍ لَا تُفَرَّقُ إِبِلٌ عَنْ حِسَابِهَا مَنْ أَعْطَاهَا مُؤْتَجِرًا فَلَهُ أَجْرُهَا وَمَنْ مَنَعَهَا فَإِنَّا آخِذُوهَا وَشَطْرَ إِبِلِهِ عَزْمَةٌ مِنْ عَزَمَاتِ رَبِّنَا لَا يَحِلُّ لِآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مِنْهَا شَيْءٌ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu 'Abdullah al-Hafiz narrated to us... from Bahz ibn Hakim ibn Mu'awiyah, from his grandfather, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: 'For every forty freely-grazing camels, a bint labun (a two-year-old female camel) is due. Camels are not to be separated from their count. Whoever gives it seeking reward shall have his reward, and whoever withholds it, we shall take it along with half of his camels - a determined command from our Lord. Nothing of it is lawful for the family of Muhammad.'
