وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظَ ثنا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْقَنْطَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ بِكِتَابٍ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَفِيهِ وَفِي كُلِّ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ سَائِمَةً شَاةٌ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ أَرْبَعًا وَعِشْرِينَ وَفِيهِ وَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ شَاةً سَائِمَةً شَاةٌ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةً فَإِنْ زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا شَاتَانِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn 'Abdullah al-Hafiz narrated to us... from Sulayman ibn Dawud, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad ibn 'Amr ibn Hazm, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) wrote to the people of Yemen a letter in which he mentioned: 'For every five freely-grazing camels, one sheep, until they reach twenty-four. And for every forty freely-grazing sheep, one sheep, until they reach one hundred and twenty. If they exceed by one, then two sheep are due.'
