Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Bakr ibn al-Hasan the judge narrated to us... from Umar ibn Abi Za'idah who said: I heard Ikrimah when a man asked him about the saying of Allah: {And the thunder glorifies His praise} [13:13]. He said: '[Thunder is] an angel that drives the clouds as a camel-driver drives camels.' And it has been narrated regarding this from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him).
