أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ هَارُونَ بْنِ رُسْتُمَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الدَّقِيقِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا بَقِيَّةُ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ بِيَمِينٍ وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ سَيَبَرُّهُ فَلَمْ يَفْعَلْ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِي لَمْ يَبَرَّهُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: Whoever makes someone swear an oath, thinking that the person will fulfill it, but the person does not, then the sin is on the one who did not fulfill it.
