أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ ثنا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَخَّصَ فِي ذَبِيحَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَالصَّبِيِّ أَوِ الْغُلَامِ إِذَا ذَكَرُوا اسْمَ اللهِ هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ فِيهِ ضَعْفٌ وَقَدْ تَابَعَهُ الْوَاقِدِيُّ فِي ذَبِيحَةِ الْغُلَامِ وَهُوَ أَيْضًا ضَعِيفٌ

Abu Sa'd al-Malini informed us, Abu Ahmad ibn Adiyy al-Hafiz informed us, Sadaqah ibn Mansur narrated to us, Abu Ma'mar narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Mu'adh narrated to us. Abu Ahmad said: And al-Hasan ibn Sufyan informed me, Abu Ma'mar narrated to us from Abdullah ibn Mu'adh from Ma'mar from Jabir from al-Sha'bi from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted a concession for the slaughter of a woman and a boy or a lad, when they mention the name of Allah. This chain of narration contains weakness. Al-Waqidi corroborated it regarding the slaughter of a lad, but he is also weak.
