أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ النَّضْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ قَالَ أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِحَدِّ الشِّفَارِ وَأَنْ تُوَارَى عَنِ الْبَهَائِمِ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِذَا ذَبَحَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيُجْهِزْ كَذَا

Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn al-Hasan and Abu Sa'id ibn Abi Amr informed us, they said: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Abu al-Aswad al-Nadr ibn Abd al-Jabbar narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us from Uqayl from Ibn Shihab from Salim ibn Abdullah ibn Umar from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that the blades be sharpened and hidden from the animals, then said: "When one of you slaughters, let him do it swiftly." Like that.
