أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَخْتَوَيْهِ ثنا تَمِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ حِسَابٍ ثنا حَمَّادٌ ثنا أَيُّوبُ وَهِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَّى ثُمَّ خَطَبَ فَأَمَرَ مَنْ كَانَ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ أَنْ يُعِيدَ ذَبْحًا قَالَ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ جِيرَانِي بِهِمْ فَاقَةٌ أَوْ قَالَ خَصَاصَةٌ فَذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ وَعِنْدِي عَنَاقٌ هِيَ أَحَبُّ إِلِيَّ مِنْ شَاتَيْ لَحْمٍ قَالَ فَرَخَّصَ لَهُ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ رُخْصَةً لَهُ كَانَ ذَلِكَ وَإِلَّا فَلَا عِلْمَ لِي ثُمَّ انْكَفَأَ إِلَى كَبْشَيْنِ أَمْلَحَيْنِ يَعْنِي فَذَبَحَهُمَا وَتَفَرَّقَ النَّاسُ إِلَى غَنِيمَةٍ فَتَجَزَّعُوهَا
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us, Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Sakhtawayh informed us, Tamim ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Muhammad - meaning Ibn Ubayd ibn Hisab - narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, Ayyub and Hisham narrated to us from Muhammad from Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed and then delivered a sermon, ordering whoever had slaughtered before the prayer to repeat the slaughter. A man from the Ansar stood up and said: "My neighbors are in need" - or he said "in hardship" - "so I slaughtered before the prayer, and I have a young she-goat that is more beloved to me than two sheep of meat." He said: So he gave him the concession. If it was a concession for him specifically, then so be it; otherwise, I have no knowledge. Then he turned to two salt-and-pepper colored rams and slaughtered them, and the people dispersed to collect small portions of meat.
