أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي أنبأ أَبُو سَهْلُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْطَّحَّانُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ أَخْبَرَنِي شُعَيْبٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيُّ ؓ أَنَّهُ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أِيُّ النَّاسِ أَفْضَلُ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مُؤْمِنٌ مُجَاهِدٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ فَقَالَ ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ مُؤْمِنٌ فِي شِعْبٍ مِنَ الشِّعَابِ يَتَّقِي اللهَ ﷻ وَيَدَعُ النَّاسَ مِنْ شَرِّهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn al-Hasan al-Qadi informed us, from Abu Sahl ibn Ziyad al-Tahhan, from Abd al-Karim ibn al-Haytham, from Abu al-Yaman, from Shu'ayb, from al-Zuhri, from Ata' ibn Yazid, who was told by Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that it was said: O Messenger of Allah, who is the best of people? The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: A believer who strives in the cause of Allah with his life and his wealth. He was asked: Then who? He said: A believer in a mountain pass who fears Allah the Almighty and spares the people from his evil.
