أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَوْنٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ قَالَ كَانَ عُمَرُ وَعَلِيٌّ ؓ إِذَا أَسْلَمَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّوَادِ تَرَكَاهُ يَقُومُ بِخَرَاجِهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id informed us from Abu al-Abbas, from al-Hasan, from Yahya, from Hafs ibn Ghiyath, from Muhammad ibn Qays al-Asadi, from Abu Awn al-Thaqafi who said: When a man from the people of al-Sawad embraced Islam during the time of Umar and Ali (may Allah be pleased with them), they would let him continue with his land and pay its kharaj.
