أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَسْلَمَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ نَهَرِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ أَوْ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ ؓ إِنِ اخْتَارَتْ أَرْضَهَا وَأَدَّتْ مَا عَلَى أَرْضِهَا فَخَلُّوا بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ أَرْضِهَا وَإِلَّا خَلُّوا بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَبَيْنَ أَرَضِيهِمْ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id informed us from Abu al-Abbas, from al-Hasan, from Yahya, from Hasan ibn Salih, from Qays ibn Muslim, from Tariq ibn Shihab who said: A woman from the people of Nahr al-Malik embraced Islam. Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote: If she chooses her land and pays what is due on it, let her keep it. Otherwise, give the Muslims their land.
