قَالَ وَأنبأ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ ؓ قَالَ لَا يُوَرَّثُ الْحَمِيلُ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ وَهَذِهِ الْأَسَانِيدُ عَنْ عُمَرَ
