وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا بَحْرٌ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْعَاقِلَةِ عَقْلٌ مِنْ قَتْلِ الْعَمْدِ إِلَّا أَنْ تَشَاءَ ذَلِكَ إِنَّمَا عَلَيْهِمْ عَقْلُ الْخَطَأِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Discussion of the obligation of the judge to apply Islamic law correctly and the consequences of incorrect judgments. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Judges are of three types: two in the Fire and one in Paradise — the one who knows the truth and judges by it is in Paradise."
