أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا حَجَّاجٌ ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَجُوزُ الْوَصِيَّةُ لِوَارِثٍ إِلَّا إِنْ شَاءَ الْوَرَثَةُ عَطَاءٌ هَذَا هُوَ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَلَمْ يَرَهُ قَالَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ السِّجِسْتَانِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْهُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn al-Harith the jurist informed us with his chain from Ata from Ibn Abbas who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Bequest is not permissible for an heir unless the other heirs consent.' This Ata is al-Khurasani, who did not meet Ibn Abbas and did not see him, as Abu Dawud al-Sijistani and others stated. It was also narrated through another route from him through Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas.
