أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ ثنا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ جَاءَ قَوْمٌ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ فَاخْتَصَمُوا فِي وَلَدِ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ فَجَاءَ وَلَدُ أَبِيهِ يَطْلُبُونَ مِيرَاثَهُ قَالَ فَجَعَلَ مِيرَاثَهُ لِأُمِّهِ وَجَعَلَهَا عَصَبَةً
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Tahir the jurist informed us with his chain from Simak ibn Harb from Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas who said: People came to Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) disputing over the child of a couple who had performed mutual imprecation (li'an). The father's relatives came seeking his inheritance. Ali assigned his inheritance to his mother and made her the residuary heir.
