أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ اقْسِمُوا الْمَالَ بَيْنَ أَهْلِ الْفَرَائِضِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللهِ ﷻ فَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us with his chain from Ibn Tawus from his father from Ibn Abbas from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) who said: 'Distribute the estate among the people entitled to fixed shares according to the Book of Allah. Whatever remains goes to the closest male agnate.'
