أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَكِبَ إِلَى قُبَاءَ يَسْتَخِيرُ فِي مِيرَاثِ الْعَمَّةِ وَالْخَالَةِ فَأُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ لَا مِيرَاثَ لَهُمَا أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أنا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الْفَسَوِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ فَذَكَرَهُ وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ضِرَارُ بْنُ صُرَدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ مَوْصُولًا بِذِكْرِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ؓ فِيهِ 12204 وَرُوِيَ عَنْ شَرِيكِ بْنِ أَبِي نَمِرٍ أَنَّ الْحَارِثَ بْنَ عَبْدٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ مِيرَاثِ الْعَمَّةِ وَالْخَالَةِ فَسَكَتَ فَنَزَلَ عَلَيْهِ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جِبْرَائِيلُ أَنْ لَا مِيرَاثَ لَهُمَا البيهقي ١٢٢٠٤: عن
انگریزی ترجمہ
That the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) rode to Quba seeking divine guidance regarding the inheritance of the paternal aunt and maternal aunt, and it was revealed to him: There is no inheritance for them. Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Muhammad informed us of this: Abu al-Husayn al-Fasawi narrated to us: Abu Ali al-Lu'lu'i narrated to us: Abu Dawud narrated it. It was also narrated by Abu Nu'aym Dirar ibn Surad from Abd al-Aziz with a connected chain mentioning Abu Sa'id al-Khudri. And it was narrated from Sharik ibn Abi Namir that al-Harith ibn Abd informed him that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was asked about the inheritance of the paternal aunt and maternal aunt, and he was silent. Then Jibril (peace be upon him) descended and said: Jibril told me that there is no inheritance for them.
