أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو صَادِقٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ عَادَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ فِي بَنِي سَلِمَةَ فَوَجَدَنِي لَا أَعْقِلُ فَدَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ فَرَشَّ عَلَيَّ مِنْهُ فَأَ��َقْتُ فَقُلْتُ كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ فِي مَالِي يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ فَنَزَلَتْ فِيَّ {يُوصِيكُمُ اللهُ فِي أَوْلَادِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ} [النساء 11] أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Sadiq Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Saydalani informed us: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: Bahr ibn Nasr narrated to us: Ibn Wahb narrated to us: Ibn Jurayj informed me from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir from Jabir who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) visited me among Banu Salimah and found me unconscious. He called for water, performed ablution, and sprinkled it on me. I regained consciousness and said: What should I do with my wealth, O Messenger of Allah? Then the verse was revealed concerning me: 'Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females' [4:11]. Both [al-Bukhari and Muslim] narrated it in the authentic collections from the hadith of Ibn Jurayj.
