'Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammad narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ziyad who said: I heard Abu Hurayrah say: I heard Abu al-Qasim (peace be upon him) say: "The injury caused by a stray animal is without liability, and the falling into a well is without liability, and the injury from a mine is without liability. And in buried treasure (rikaz) there is one-fifth (as charity). Whoever buys a she-goat and finds its udder tied (to give false impression of milk) has the choice: if he wishes, he may return it along with a sa' of dates."
